What You’ll Do

As our Sales Manager for India, you’ll be responsible for building and expanding our B2B buyer base across the Indian market. You’ll play a strategic and hands-on role to unlock new accounts, manage key buyer relationships, and drive order execution. This is a high-impact position that sits at the heart of Pollen’s expansion strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • New Market Development: Identify and onboard new buyer accounts across India, especially in wholesale, discount retail, and resale segments.

  • Account Management: Build strong relationships with buyer accounts, understand their needs, and position Pollen’s offerings as the ideal solution.

  • Sales Execution: Manage the end-to-end sales lifecycle—offers, negotiations, order confirmations, and post-sale coordination with internal ops.

  • Revenue Growth: Deliver on revenue targets through a consultative, data-driven sales approach.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with our operations and tech teams to ensure smooth order execution and an excellent buyer experience.

  • Market Insights: Share market feedback to shape product direction and inform go-to-market strategies.


What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS, tech platforms, or B2B marketplaces.

  • Proven ability to acquire and grow strategic buyer accounts.

  • Strong understanding of sales operations and post-sale execution.

  • A self-starter with leadership potential and a track record of working independently.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

  • Experience in FMCG, liquidation, or cross-border trade is a strong plus.

  • Based in Bangalore or willing to personally relocate
