Roles & Responsibilities
The primary job duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
Customer Success
Acquiring new client (brand owners) leads, and qualifying them as new Seller
New Seller onboarding
Seller account management
Inventory listing review provided by Seller - product pricing analysis, inventory stock availability, etc.
Operations
Mainly responsible for the offer and order execution from the buyer
Review offer sheet - availability of inventory, pricing analysis, offer approval from seller
Preparation of the invoices, purchase orders, credit notes, etc.
Coordinating with Finance on incoming and outgoing transactions
Organizing logistics for order pick-up process
Documenting the transaction movements in the order (financial aspect)
Documenting the details of transaction history - email threads, call conversations, minutes of meetings, etc.
Strong analytical skills to understand and interpret data throughout projects
Qualifications
Minimum 2 years of business operations experience - supply chain, logistics, consulting, analytics
Bachelor’s degree in business, communication, analytics, engineering, or related
Awareness of ERP and other order management systems
Proficient with MS Excel, visualization, PowerPoint
SQL skills and experience in cleansing datasets from multiple sources are preferred
Strong analytical skills to identify efficiencies and drive process improvements across all functions
Curiosity to learn and ability to adapt to changes
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Interest in technology and ability to grasp concepts quickly
Good written and verbal communication skills - English and Bahasa Indonesia
Willingness to learn new things and get your hands dirty!
