As our Sales Executive, you will play a vital role in expanding our buyer base, onboarding new resellers, distributors, and retailers while driving company growth. Our innovative approach to automating bulk transactions for overstock and near-expiry inventory, as well as sustainability analytics and pricing intelligence, has helped our customers liquidate over 400,000 KG of business waste in 2022, shipping to over 20 countries. Responsibilities
Develop new leads and connect with potential customers.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify and target potential buyers; attend trade shows, conferences to generate new sales leads.
Build and maintain long-term partnerships with customers.
Plan and execute sales strategies and effectively communicate product offerings to potential buyers.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to optimize sales productivity and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to identify opportunities for repeat sales.
Attain individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements
Minimum Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline.
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the tech industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Familiarity with sales automation tools and software such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
