As their Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in expanding their buyer base, by onboarding new buyers such as resellers, distributors, and retailers. Responsibilities
Identify and onboard new buyers to Pollen's platform
Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing buyers
Develop and execute new sales strategies to generate new leads
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent Pollen's platform
Analyze and report on sales metrics to fine-tune sales strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to optimize sales processes
Conduct research on potential clients and market trends
Requirements
At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in a technology-based company.
Experience in managing and expanding sales pipelines
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Passionate about sustainability and reducing business waste
